Welcome to the Clayton Chronicle!
This blog is the continuation of my EuroView blog, which I began during my Summer 2006 in Germany, used some while studying in Washington, and now keep from Berlin.
As the recipient of the Undergraduate Scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), I am studying history, politics and cultural studies the Humboldt University of Berlin.
In other words, I am over here mooching off of the Germany’s free education system instead of paying the outrageous tuition at George Washington U.
In addition to my studies, I am writing an Expat column for my college paper back home, and will try to do some writing for some Texas papers.
I hope this blog can give you a little insight into what I am experiencing here in the Old World. I welcome your comments, complains, compliments, and questions – I love feedback of every kind!
